RecodeX 重构消息，欧洲私募信贷管理机构Pemberton Asset Management宣布，任命Dominic Courtman为董事总经理兼担保贷款凭证（CLO）业务主管。Courtman将于2027年1月正式履新。Pemberton目前正持续扩张其规模达16亿欧元的CLO平台。
